Arish Nepal

Arish is a technology leader with nearly a decade of experience in software engineering and fintech. As Co-Founder and Chief Information Officer of Fenix Innovations, he leads the company's information strategy, internal systems, and technology infrastructure. He also serves as Chief Technology Officer of MoFin (Mobile Finance Technology), leading the technology strategy, product direction, and infrastructure behind a digital finance platform serving more than 150 cooperatives and 15 microfinance institutions across Nepal. He began his career as a Java developer at InfoDevelopers, rising to Associate Team Lead, with a stint as Senior Java Developer at Dryice Solutions along the way. A dedicated educator, he lectured at Medhavi College for over two years, mentoring the next generation of Nepali engineers. His journey in technology is fueled by a drive to continuously explore emerging technologies and turn them into real business value.
