Ishan is the technical backbone of Fenix Innovations. As Co-founder & CTO, he leads technology strategy, operational planning, and financial oversight to ensure scalable and sustainable growth. He defines system architecture, scalability strategy, deployment planning, and infrastructure governance while overseeing technical execution to maintain reliability, performance, and production stability. Beyond Fenix, Ishan is a dedicated educator — lecturing on Systems Analysis & Design and Object-Oriented Development with Java at Techspire College, and supervising final year projects at Islington College Kathmandu.
